    Specifications

    •  Glue made for laying vinyl interior floor
    •  Dry touch
    •  Clean work
    •  Suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations
    •  Solvent free acrylic polymer emulsion adhesive. Odorless
    •  Laying possible for up to 6H.
    •  Installation guidelines: dry absorbent subfloors of concrete, sand / cement screed, synthetic anhydrite, floor smoothing underlayments, flooring grade chipboard, plywood and hardboard.
    •  Floor Preparation: substrate surfaces must be of sound construction, protected from rising damp, permanently dry and free of any contaminants that could affect adhesion. Moisture content of substrate must be less than 75% relative humidity or CM test less
    • Application: spread the adhesive uniformly over the subfloor. Once adhesive has reached a dry tack translucent film you will have approximately 6 hours working time. This is dependent on absorbency of the subfloor.
    •  Tools: jagged edge spatulla type A1 ( spec TKB) 300 to 350 gr/m²
    •  Coverage: approximately 4 m² / kg, depending on subfloor
    •  Storage:/strong> between 5°C and 30°C. Protect from frost. Shelf life: 24 months in unopened containers stored under goodconditions.
    •  For areas subject to high temperature variations e.g. conservatories, patio door areas, floor to ceiling windows etc. use GERFLOR Clim'Adhesive.

    • Installation guidelines: dry absorbent subfloors of concrete, sand / cement screed, synthetic anhydrite, floor smoothing underlayments, flooring grade chipboard, plywood and hardboard. Non absorbent surfaces should be smoothed with the appropriate floor smoothing underlayment.
    • Floor Preparation: substrate surfaces must be of sound construction, protected from rising damp, permanently dry and free of any contaminants that could affect adhesion. Moisture content of substrate must be less than 75% relative humidity or CM test less than 2,5% for sand / cement screed and concrete and less than 0,5% CM test for synthetic anhydrite. Uneven solid bases should be prepared with an appropriate smoothing underlayment. Where relative humidity exceeds the values above, a suitable waterproof surface membrane should be used for sand / cement screed and concrete.
    • Application: spread the adhesive uniformly over the subfloor. Once adhesive has reached a dry tack translucent film you will have approximately 6 hours working time. This is dependent on absorbency of the subfloor. To optimise the adhesion of the floor covering, roll tiles with a clean flooring roller within 3 hours of installation. recommended tool: A1 ‘VÂ’ notched trowel.
    • Coverage: approximately 4 m² / kg, depending on subfloor
    • Storage:/strong> between 5°C and 30°C. Protect from frost. Shelf life: 24 months in unopened containers stored under goodconditions. For areas subject to high temperature variations e.g. conservatories, patio door areas, floor to ceiling windows etc. use GERFLOR Clim'Adhesive.
