Ankara Bilkent City Hospital

Ankara Bilkent City Hospital (Ankara Şehir Hastanesi) is a full-service city hospital located in Ankara. It opened in 2019 and it is the biggest hospital in Turkey, having a total of 4910 hospital beds.

The city hospital is located at Bilkent, a district of Ankara. The hospital campus stretches over a land plot of 674 000 sqm.

It has 131 operating rooms, 904 polyclinics and 3704 hospital beds in 82 rooms for VIP, 1554 single bed rooms, 725 double bed rooms and 1010 intensive care units.
When in full capacity, it will receive 30000 patients and treat 8000 emergency patients per day.

Gerflor as a specialist in the healthcare sector has been appointed to equip the hospital with various vinyl floor coverings dedicated to entrances, corridors, bedrooms and technical or emergency areas (operating theatres, intensive care units...).
In total 550 000 sqm of floorcoverings were delivered for this huge project.
