The 2016 issue of Qatar National Sport Day took place on February 9th. This event is promoted by the Ministry of Public Health through the SCH (Supreme Council for Healthcare).

National Sport Day is an opportunity for all people across the country to exercise and take part in different sports activities, in an attempt to promote the importance of sports and how effective it is for individuals and families to lead a healthy lifestyle so as to reduce the risk of diseases.

Gerflor floorings have been installed in the building hosting the Supreme Council of Health in Doha.  The corridors and staircases have been equipped with our Taralay Element sheet vinyl floorcovering. All SCH staff have been encouraged to exercise sport on our floors by using corridors and walkways and going upstairs with stairs rather than lifts.
