The paralympics games in Rio are now over and we would like to congratulate all the athletes who took part to this great event.

Here is a review of our participation and the results of the 4 competitions for which we supplied some floorings.

Sitting volleyball :

• we equipped 6 volleyball courts for a total area of 2500 sqm
• Men's final : Iran won gold medal vs Bosnia
• Women's final : USA won gold medal vs China

Goalball :

• we equipped 5 goaball courts for a total area of  2000 sqm
• Men's final : Lithuania won gold medal vs USA
• Women's final : Turkey won gold medal vs China

Boccia :

• we equipped 2 boccia courts for a total area of 3000 sqm
• Gold medalists : Slovakia, Brazil, Thailand

The sitting volleyball, goalball and boccia were played on our vinyl sports surface : Taraflex.

Wheelchair basketball :

• we equipped 8 basketball courts for a total area of 7500 sqm
• type of surface : Sport Cours QuickLock hardwood flooring
• Men's final : USA won gold medal vs Spain
• Women's final : USA won gold medal vs Germany

We hope to be present during the next edition of the games in Tokyo in 2020 !
